Telephone Account Manager

The role includes:
• Managing the entire customer lifecycle – from identification, order placement and entry into the system, to full delivery.
• Proactive and creative activity for identifying and recruiting new customers.
• Answering phone calls from interested customers.
• Ongoing management and follow-up with customers, including collections and sending price quotes.
Full-time position, Sunday-Thursday, at the company's offices in Kfar Saba.
Requirements:
• Sales experience – mandatory
• Telephone sales experience – significant advantage
• Ability to negotiate and conduct telephone sales
• Technical knowledge / Electronics engineer – significant advantage
• Creativity, "can-do" attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Availability for full-time work
