and scheduling meetings by phone (telemeeting)

Building Orientation – Analyzing the special characteristics and limitations of working by phone, defining relevant goals and objectives for a telemarketing/telemeeting team, while strengthening the tendency to strive for "closing", analyzing and understanding the fundamental working principles of using the phone.
Telephone Sales Script - a central and very important topic, during which a professional method for writing effective call scripts is formulated. The principles behind professional call scripts differ significantly from the intuitive approach. This stage is accompanied by diverse exercises in both areas.
Objections / Dealing with Conflicts - Types of objections in general and telephone objections in particular, and techniques for dealing with them. This chapter will include a deep understanding of "the phenomenon of objections" and the motives behind them. This stage will involve a complex process aimed at psychological preparation and changing thinking and behavior patterns among learners, in order to prevent loss of composure and erroneous intuitive reactions typical of the field.
This session will also focus on learning a wide variety of techniques intended to provide solutions for most common telephone objections.
Practical Exercises with CCTV – Conducting simulations of realistic and diverse situations designed to transform what is learned in the workshop into practical skills. Such practice requires proficiency and deep understanding of all that is learned, and it is done using video equipment for recording and closed-circuit television, which allows the entire process to be displayed and analyzed.
At the end of the course, an exam will be conducted and certificates will be awarded to successful participants.
Cost:
2500 ILS + VAT. A discount of 500 ILS will be given to those who register up to two weeks before the course.
