The EnGenius Broadband Outdoor EOC620 is an 802.11ax 2x2
outdoor CPE for Point-to-Point (PtP) and Point-to-Multipoint
(PtMP) links, built for transportation fleets, public transit and
remote operations. Its single 5GHz radio delivers up to 1,200
Mbps of link capacity using the EnGenius proprietary MAC and
polling protocol.
Simplified Setup and Configuration
A dedicated 2.4 GHz management radio, paired with the
EnGenius SkyConnect mobile app, simplifies the setup and
configuration of PtP and PtMP links, making antenna alignment
and troubleshooting quick and effortless.
Flexible Antenna Configuration
Four detachable 5 dBi omni-directional antennas attach through
SMA connectors – two for 5 GHz data and two for 2.4 GHz
management – so external antennas can be fitted to suit each
vehicle platform.
Rugged Design and Advanced Security
The EOC620 is built to withstand harsh outdoor conditions, with
an IP67-rated weatherproof and dustproof enclosure, 165 km/h
wind loading and an operating range of -20°C to 60°C. AES-256
encryption keeps every link secure. With the SkyPoint NMS, you
can enjoy comprehensive web-based monitoring and
management, while auto-provisioning enables efficient large-scale
deployments.
Intelligent Performance Management
Intelligent RF and Quality of Service (QoS) management –
including Dynamic Data Rate Selection, Dynamic Channel
Selection and Automatic Transmit Power Control – adapts to
changing conditions to keep links stable, even on the move. With
26 dBm transmit power and a 2.5GbE PoE+ port, the EOC620 is a
reliable and efficient choice for PtP/PtMP mobile broadband
applications.
